The general information

Receivers allow to support operational characteristics of system at the set level and in a condition to provide fast giving these at the big expense of capacity, avoiding regular opening/closing of the valve of adjustment of pressure. Receivers are made of a tin and have the sphere form (the receiver Cross-section see an illustration). Inside the receiver is divided by a rubber membrane on two chambers one of which is filled by gas being under pressure, another is connected to a regulator of pressure and the hydraulic liquid contains. The membrane is equipped by a plastic cuff. When the liquid chamber of a receiver is empty, gas influences a membrane at walls of the chamber and the cuff is involved. The working volume of a receiver makes 400 sm 3, калибровочное pressure equals 62 bar (Specifications see).

Removal

The trying tape key and new sealant be required.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in hydraulic system (the General information and safety measures see).

2. By means of a tape key ослабьте receiver fastening to hydraulic assemblage of a corresponding rack. Receivers have самогерметизирующуюся a design, however, it is necessary to prepare for gathering of certain quantity of a spilt liquid. At once закупорьте the opened apertures of a hydraulic path.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease a contact surface of a receiver and establish it on the regular place (do not forget to replace a sealant). By hand tighten a receiver.
2. Check up level of a hydraulic liquid in the tank, in case of need make corresponding updating (address to the Head Routine maintenance).
